Cornbread

This is a simple, plain cornbread recipe- the kind that's perfect with chili or to drizzle honey on.

Ingredients:
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 teapoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, then add dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes.
