Stuffed Mushrooms




Ingredients:
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 diced or crushed cloves garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, or other sharp, dry cheese, crumbled
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, or 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
dash salt and pepper
1/4 cup diced walnuts
olive oil
1 pint whole white mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms and pull the stems out. Dice the stems and put them in a medium heat saute pan with the rest of the ingredients. Saute everything in a little olive oil. Saute about 5 minutes, until garlic is clear but not browned, then put spoonfuls into the mushroom caps, and place on a pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
